I also believe that meaningful support should feel within reach, which is why I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on financial need. Insurance and Payment
​Cove Therapy operates as an out-of-network private-pay practice, meaning I do not bill insurance directly. Clients pay at time of service and, if desired, I can provide an itemized receipt (referred to as a "superbill") for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed but I encourage you to check with your insurance regarding your out-of-network benefits, as this may help cover the cost of services.
My goal is to keep the process simple and transparent, allowing you to focus on the work that truly matters — your growth, healing and connection.

I accept Cash, Check, HSA/FSA, and Credit Card payments. A good faith estimate is provided during our initial meeting.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged at your full session rate. Payment for these is due before scheduling additional sessions. Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a pause or discontinuation of services.
