Premarital counseling includes the Prepare/Enrich assessment and four (4) 60 minute Feedback sessions.

Prepare/Enrich is an individualized strengths oriented assessment and focuses on:

  • Measuring a couple’s strengths and growth areas in 12 core categories

  • Strengthening Communication and conflict skills

  • building a shared understanding of your relationship

Couples can also continue into deeper relational work through  couples therapy sessions. â€‹

If you’re feeling stuck in patterns, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, couples therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect.

Using the COVE Method™, we focus on:

  • understanding the patterns/triggers/parts between you

  • increasing emotional awareness and connection

  • improving communication in a way that actually lands

  • creating new ways of relating that feel more intentional and secure.

You don’t have to be in couples therapy to do meaningful relationship work.

In individual therapy, we focus on:

  • understanding your patterns, triggers, and protective parts

  • exploring how your past experiences shape your current relationships

  • strengthening your sense of self and emotional awareness

  • learning how to respond with intention rather than reactivity

Doing this work leads to meaningful shifts—not only within yourself, but in how you relate to others.

What if My Partner Isn’t Ready?

That's Okay! You can still do powerful relationship work—even if your partner isn’t in the room.

Change in one person often creates change in the relationship.

By understanding your patterns and showing up differently, you begin to shift the dynamic—creating new possibilities for connection, communication, and growth.

Couple Embracing Tenderly

No matter where you are in your journey, there is a path forward.

With the right support, it’s possible to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself—
both within

and in your relationships.
